General Terms and Conditions – One Second Travel & Tours Organization.
Thank you for trusting One Second. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Purchasing a ticket, accessing the website, or participating in any experience, event, or trip constitutes an explicit and unconditional agreement to all of the following terms and conditions.
First: General Provisions
  1. Management of Destinations and Services Provided by Third Parties.
  2. The Company organizes or coordinates certain destinations and tourism experiences, whether as a direct operator or as an intermediary between the participant and service providers.
  3. If the service is provided by a third party, the Company’s responsibility shall be limited to booking or coordination only, and the service provider shall be responsible for the performance, quality, and safety of the service.
  4. All visitors and participants must comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and with all instructions issued by the organizing entity.
  5. Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for any reason. A refund will only be issued as wallet credit if the event is canceled by the organization due to force majeure, valid for one month only.
  6. The ticket holder is fully responsible for verifying the experience date, time, location, and appropriate age category, and must arrive early. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to late arrivals without compensation.
  7. Participants must disclose any chronic illnesses, medical conditions, or allergies prior to participation. Failure to disclose constitutes full personal responsibility.
  8. Participants must be physically and medically fit for the activities and must adhere to appropriate attire (comfortable clothing, closed shoes; loose clothing is prohibited for high-risk activities).
  9. Children or minors are not permitted to participate in activities unsuitable for their age. They remain under the full responsibility of their legal guardian at all times on site.
  10. Bringing hazardous or prohibited materials, as well as food and beverages from outside, is prohibited and may be confiscated immediately.
  11. Smoking, vaping, or using shisha is strictly prohibited outside designated areas.
  12. The organization is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings within the site or vehicles.
  13. Leaving belongings or waste inside or around the experience site is strictly prohibited.
  14. Visitors may be subject to security screening upon entry.
  15. The organization reserves the right to remove any individual who violates public conduct or fails to comply with instructions, without compensation.
  16. The organization may make operational or organizational changes to the event or activities when necessary, without any obligation to compensate.
  17. Experiences may be documented through photos and videos. Participation constitutes explicit consent to use such content for media and marketing purposes.
  18. The organization does not provide medical insurance. Each participant bears full responsibility for their own safety and belongings.
Second: Safety Terms and Legal Liability
  1. The ticket holder acknowledges that all activities — including safari, buggies, motorcycles, shooting, animal interaction, and outdoor activities — involve inherent risks, and participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
  2. Participants must strictly follow all safety instructions issued by supervisors. Any violation constitutes an explicit waiver of the right to claim compensation.
  3. Full Waiver of Liability: One Second Travel & Tours Organization – One Second shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, loss of belongings, weather or environmental conditions, exposure to animals or insects, personal errors, negligence, or individual actions. Participation constitutes a full waiver of any financial or moral compensation claims.
  4. The organization provides first aid only and bears no responsibility for medical treatment, emergency services, or medical expenses.
  5. The organization bears no responsibility for services provided by third parties, including transportation, food vendors, drivers, or suppliers. Any damage caused by such parties is the responsibility of the participant or service provider.
  6. The organization is not responsible for accidents, malfunctions, or loss of belongings during transportation, whether using private vehicles or third-party transportation.
  7. Any interaction with camels, horses, pets, birds, or other animals is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
  8. Routes or activities may be modified due to weather conditions or safety considerations without compensation.
  9. In the event of an emergency, participants must immediately follow evacuation instructions. The organization responsibility is limited to what is reasonably within its capacity.
  10. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting time or at the start of the experience is the sole responsibility of the participant.
  11. The ticket holder acknowledges full personal responsibility for their safety and belongings and agrees to all stated risks.
Third: Attendance and Identity Responsibility
  1. The ticket holder bears full responsibility for themselves and for any individual registered, added, or admitted using their account, name, or national ID.
  2. Purchasing tickets, adding participants, or registering multiple individuals under the same account constitutes explicit acceptance of full legal and organizational responsibility for all registered persons.
  3. Each participant is independently responsible for their own safety, behavior, and belongings. One Second bears no liability for any participant.
  4. The organization is not responsible for any injuries, actions, violations, or loss of belongings related to the account holder or any accompanying persons registered under their account or ID.
  5. Participation is based on the principle of individual responsibility, and One Second bears no liability arising from the participant or individuals registered through them.
Fourth: Final Acknowledgment
Purchasing a ticket or participating in any experience, event, or trip organized by One Second Travel & Tours Organization – One Second constitutes full, final, and unconditional acceptance of all the above terms and conditions without exception.
